An entrepreneur in the food sector, Paolo began working for his family’s company in 1998 learning all aspects of the business, from production to logistics to commercial development. Today as proprietor, he manages TartufLanghe, dedicating his energy to research and development and to the opening of new markets. In 2018, Paolo founded TartufLanghe USA with the aim of entering the American market more incisively.
He loves challenges, especially the most difficult ones, and has the good fortunate to be accompanied and supported by his family, all involved in the company’s business, and by a fantastic team of 45 people.
